Privacy Policy

The app

LinerFM runs on your Mac or Windows PC and has no account system. The app contacts our server to check your trial or license, and when you send a bug report.

• Your Spotify and Groq API keys are stored locally on your device and used only to call those services directly from your computer.
• Your listening history and playlist data never leave your machine.
• The app sends no telemetry and no usage data.

This website

• We count page views and download clicks with an anonymous per-tab id, without cookies: we store the page, the site you came from, the country and the time, never your IP address or browser details.
• We use the TikTok pixel to measure which TikTok ads bring visitors here and whether they lead to a purchase. It runs only if you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you decline, or don't choose, nothing is loaded from TikTok and no cookie is set.
• If you accept: the pixel (provided by TikTok) sets the _ttp cookie and reports page views and clicks on the Buy button. If you arrived from a TikTok ad, the click identifier in the link (ttclid) is kept in your browser's local storage.
• If you then buy: we pass your consent, _ttp and ttclid to the checkout. When the order is paid, our license server sends TikTok a purchase event with the order number, the total and currency, and your email address and customer number hashed with SHA-256 (TikTok receives the hash, not the address).
• Legal basis: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time with the button below. We then delete the cookie and the stored click identifier, and future purchases are not reported.
• TikTok processes this data under its own Business Products privacy policy.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record); their privacy policy governs the checkout.
